所有的材料在施工前必須進行申報，經(jīng)審批合格后方可施工。

All materials must be declared before construction and can be constructed after examination and approval.

所使用的材料具有出廠合格證、質(zhì)量簽定文件及說明書。

The materials used are factory certificate, quality sign document and instruction manual.

所使用的閥、風(fēng)口等部件應(yīng)檢查調(diào)節(jié)裝置是否靈活，油漆有無損傷。

風(fēng)管制作

Wind pipe making

金屬風(fēng)管采用鋼板制作通風(fēng)管道，法蘭采用型鋼加工制作，預(yù)制時要注意能不能用錯材料，對變徑附件（如風(fēng)口等）連接處應(yīng)留下一段，待安裝時再根據(jù)實際尺寸進行下料制作安裝。避免返工，法蘭制作時應(yīng)成對進行，避免以后安裝時螺栓孔對不齊。通風(fēng)管道加工

Metal ducts are made of steel plates, flanges are made of profiled steel. When prefabricating, attention should be paid to the use of wrong materials. A section should be left at the connection of variable diameter accessories (such as tuyeres etc.) and then be made and installed according to the actual size. Avoid rework, flange production should be carried out in pairs, to avoid future installation bolt hole alignment.

根據(jù)風(fēng)管的尺寸，選擇不同的板材厚度，然后留足咬口余量、進行下料。

According to the size of the duct, choose different thickness of the board, then leave enough allowance for the blanking.

劃線方法要嚴密，做到角直、線平、等分準確、經(jīng)常檢驗結(jié)合尺寸，達到交圈嚴格、尺寸正確的目的。

The method of marking should be strict, so that the angle is straight, the line is even, the equal part is accurate, and the combined size is often checked, so as to achieve the goal of strict circle crossing and correct size.

剪切、倒角要正確，盡量減少誤差，操作時避免接縫、翻邊處重疊。通風(fēng)管道加工

Cut and chamfer should be correct, minimize error, avoid overlap between joints and flanges.

制作風(fēng)管及部件時盡量采用咬口連接，因為咬口縫可以增加風(fēng)管的強度。

Try to use bite connections when making air pipes and components, because the seam can increase the strength of the duct.

根據(jù)不同的板材厚度選擇咬口的寬度和留量，咬口操作時，避免咬口不實，造成脹裂及半咬口現(xiàn)象。

Choose the width and quantity of bite according to the different thickness of plate. When bite is operated, avoid false bite, cause crack and half bite.

當風(fēng)管邊長過大，其管段在1.2米以上時應(yīng)采取加固措施視具體情況采用角鋼框加固、角鋼加固大邊，內(nèi)壁設(shè)置加固肋條的辦法加固。

When the side length of air duct is too long and the pipe section is over 1.2 meters, reinforcement measures should be adopted, such as angle steel frame reinforcement, angle steel reinforcement of large side, and internal wall reinforcement ribs. 通風(fēng)管道加工

法蘭選用角鋼法蘭組焊。切斷時用型鋼切割機加工，在鉆床上鉆孔后，放在焊接平臺上焊接，以保證平直度。

Flange is welded with angle steel flange group. When cutting, it is processed by the section steel cutting machine. After drilling on the drilling machine, it is welded on the welding platform to ensure the flatness.

預(yù)制時將相鄰風(fēng)管進行編號，增加功效并減少施工過程中的返工。

During the prefabrication, the adjacent air pipes are numbered to increase efficiency and reduce rework during construction.

風(fēng)管的規(guī)格，尺寸應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求，當外觀質(zhì)量達到折角平直、圓弧均勻，兩端平行、無翹角，風(fēng)管與法蘭連接牢固翻邊平整并緊貼法蘭。風(fēng)管加固牢靠、整齊，間距適宜，均勻?qū)ΨQ。

The specifications and dimensions of the air duct should meet the design requirements. When the appearance quality reaches a straight angle, uniform arc, two ends parallel, no warping angle, air duct and flange connection firmly flanged flat and close to the flange. The reinforcement of the wind pipe is firm and orderly, and the spacing is suitable and symmetrical.

在安裝風(fēng)管前，障礙物已清理，地面無雜物的條件下進行施工。

Before installing the wind pipe, the obstacles are cleared up and the construction is carried out under the condition of no sundries on the ground.

檢查現(xiàn)場結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)留孔洞的位置、尺寸是否符合圖紙要求，有無遺漏現(xiàn)象，的孔洞應(yīng)比風(fēng)管實際尺寸每邊大于100MM。通風(fēng)管道加工

Check the location and dimension of the pre-reserved holes in the site structure to meet the requirements of the drawings. If there is any omission, the remaining holes should be larger than 100MM on each side of the duct.

作業(yè)地點要由相應(yīng)的輔助設(shè)施，如梯子電源和防護裝置消防器材等。

The place of operation should be provided by corresponding auxiliary facilities, such as ladder power supply, fire protection equipment and so on.

Installation of duct and components

確定標高、制作吊架，風(fēng)管支吊架的制作安裝按照《采暖通風(fēng)設(shè)計選用手冊》

Determine the elevation, make the hanger, air pipe support hanger manufacture and installation according to the "Heating and Ventilation Design Selection Manual"

風(fēng)管支、吊架符合設(shè)計和規(guī)范規(guī)定。

The wind pipe supports and hangers conform to the design and regulation requirements.

支吊架間距

Hanger spacing  通風(fēng)管道加工

圓形風(fēng)管直徑或矩形風(fēng)管長邊尺寸≤400mm，水平風(fēng)管間距不大于4M，垂直風(fēng)管間距不大于4M，少吊架數(shù)2付；

The diameter of circular or rectangular ducts is less than 400 mm, the distance between horizontal ducts is less than 4 M, the distance between vertical ducts is less than 4 M, and the minimum number of hangers is 2.

圓形風(fēng)管直徑或矩形風(fēng)管長邊尺寸＞400mm≤1000mm水平風(fēng)管間距不大于3M，垂直風(fēng)管間距不大于3.5M，少吊架數(shù)2付；

The horizontal air duct spacing of round or rectangular air duct diameter > 400 mm < 1000 mm is not more than 3 M, the vertical air duct spacing is not more than 3.5 M, and the minimum number of hangers is 2 pairs.

圓形風(fēng)管直徑或矩形風(fēng)管長邊尺寸＞1000mm水平風(fēng)管間距不大于2M，垂直風(fēng)管間距不大于2M，少吊架數(shù)2付；

Circular or rectangular duct diameter or rectangular duct long side size > 1000mm horizontal duct spacing is not more than 2M, vertical duct spacing is not more than 2M, the minimum number of hangers 2;

支吊架不得安裝在風(fēng)口、閥門、檢查孔等處，以免防礙操作，吊架不得直接吊在法蘭上。

The support hanger shall not be installed at the tuyere, valve, inspection hole, etc. to avoid hindering operation, and the hanger shall not be directly suspended in France.

保溫風(fēng)管的支吊架裝置宜放在保溫層外部，但不得損壞保溫層，保溫風(fēng)管不能直接與支吊托架接觸。

The support and hanger device of the heat preservation air pipe should be placed outside the heat preservation layer, but the heat preservation layer should not be damaged, and the heat preservation air pipe can not be directly contacted with the support and hanger bracket.通風(fēng)管道加工

為保證法蘭接口嚴密性，法蘭之間有墊料，墊料采用8501密封膠帶。排煙風(fēng)管墊料采用石棉膠板等。

In order to ensure the tightness of flange joints, there are padding between flanges and 8501 sealing tapes. Asbestos and rubber sheets are used for the exhaust pipe.

法蘭連接法：螺母應(yīng)在同一側(cè)，法蘭如有破損應(yīng)及時更換修理。

Flange connection method: the nut should be on the same side. If the flange is damaged, it should be replaced in time.

懸吊的風(fēng)管與部件應(yīng)設(shè)置防止擺動的固定點。

A fixed point to prevent swing should be installed in the suspended duct and components.

風(fēng)管安裝時法蘭不能在墻內(nèi)，應(yīng)距離墻150MM以上，便于操作檢修改裝。

The flange should not be inside the wall when the duct is installed. It should be 150MM above the wall. It is convenient for operation, maintenance and modification.

風(fēng)管的吊桿采用圓鋼大邊630MM以下采用φ8MM；大邊1200MM以下采用圓鋼φ10MM；大邊大于1200MM以上采用φ12MM。

The hanger rod of the air duct is made of round steel below 630MM, round steel below 1200MM and round steel above 1200MM with 12MM.  通風(fēng)管道加工

消聲器、防火閥在安裝時應(yīng)單獨設(shè)支、吊架，不使風(fēng)管承受其重量，安裝方向必須正確與風(fēng)管或管件的法蘭連接，保證嚴密、牢固。

Mufflers and fire-proof valves should be installed separately with support and hangers to prevent the air duct from bearing its weight. The installation direction must be correctly connected with the flange of the air duct or fittings to ensure tight and firm.

保溫材料下料要正確，切面要平齊，在裁料時要使水平、垂直面搭接處以短邊頂在大面上。

The insulation material should be cut correctly, the cutting surface should be even, and the horizontal and vertical surfaces should be overlapped at the top of the short side on the large surface.

粘接保溫釘前要將風(fēng)管上的塵土、油污擦凈，將粘接劑分別涂抹在管壁和保溫釘?shù)恼辰用嫔?，稍后再將其粘上?/div>
