1）單壁螺旋風(fēng)管直徑≤600mm采用芯管插接加自攻螺絲連接方式，直徑＞600mm采用角鋼法蘭連接。

1) Single wall spiral air duct with diameter less than or equal to 600mm shall be connected by core pipe plug-in and self tapping screw, and the diameter greater than 600mm shall be connected by angle steel flange.

2）雙壁螺旋風(fēng)管直徑＜650mm采用機(jī)械法蘭連接，直徑≥650mm采用角鋼法蘭連接。

2) Double wall spiral air duct with diameter less than 650mm is connected with mechanical flange, and diameter ≥ 650mm is connected with angle steel flange.

二、雙壁螺旋風(fēng)管加工一般規(guī)定:

1）外層螺旋風(fēng)管鍍鋅板為熱鍍鋅，其外層鍍鋅板厚度同單壁螺旋風(fēng)管要求。

1) The galvanized sheet of outer spiral air duct is hot-dip galvanized, and its thickness is the same as that of single wall spiral cyclone tube.

2）內(nèi)層板為0.55mm厚的穿孔鍍鋅板，穿孔率應(yīng)在30％以上。

3）中間保溫層采用厚度為25mm、密度為32kg／m3的玻璃棉做保溫吸聲，外貼碳化無(wú)紡布。

鋼帶架上裝好成卷的薄鋼帶，薄鋼帶通過(guò)切斷與焊接機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)入壓制成型工作部分，成型工作頭（專用模具）使通風(fēng)管道按規(guī)定的管徑鎖縫成形。成型螺旋管沿成品架不斷加工，向前延長(zhǎng)，移動(dòng)鋸根據(jù)所需尺寸截取卷好的圓形螺旋通風(fēng)管。然后從成品架上卸下放成品區(qū)，按系統(tǒng)編好號(hào)。

1．消聲器和消聲彎管應(yīng)單獨(dú)設(shè)支架，其重量不得由風(fēng)管承受。

1. 防火閥安裝方向位置應(yīng)正確，易熔件應(yīng)在系統(tǒng)安裝后裝入。

3. The installation of all kinds of tuyere should be flat, the position should be correct, the rotating part should be flexible, and the connection with spiral air duct should be firm.

4. 支吊、托架不應(yīng)設(shè)置在風(fēng)口，閥門檢視口處，吊架不得直接甩在法蘭上。
